Troubleshooting

Problem

No power.

Is POWER indicator lit?

Switch POWER ON.

Is amplifier plugged in?

Plug into AC outlet.

Check circuit fuse.

Replace fuse.

Check amplifier fuse.

Replace fuse.

No sound.

Microphone ON switch

Switch on.

MIC MASTER VOLUME

Increase volume.

MIC volume controls.

Increase volume.

Speaker connections.

Connect.

Sound turns off.

More than two speakeers connected?

Disconnect extra speakers.

Wireless microphone does not work.

Batteries.

Charge or replace batteries.

Channel selection.

Set selectors on amplifier and microphone to same channel.

Connection (lapel or headset mic to transmitter).

Connect.

Wireless microphone intermittent.

Signal path obstruction (for example audience) between microphone and antennas.

Move microphone or PAC390.

Feedback noise.

Is microphone close to or directly in the path of the speaker?

Move microphone (or reposition speaker).

Interference.

Channel selection.

Set selectors on microphone and amplifier to a different channel.
